Joe is a coach and a numerologist, who uses the power of numerology to help a client elevate the business success. Joe believes that understanding and connecting to her own numeric energies has been a game changer for her personally, and also for her clients. It has helped her to approach all she does from a position of strength, and given her fresh perspective in how she does business. And in this episode, we will dive into how we can all do this. But before that here is this week's moments of reflection. And it's all about why and how I am releasing that energy.

Most of us agree that we are energetic beings, you would have heard me say so many times, most of us we agree that everything is energy. And if everything is energy, that means that we all resonate at a certain frequency. And personally, for me, I feel this is where we can really tap into our magic, this knowing tap into our magic while we do this human journey. This is where we can really create magic and also make our life a little bit easier in how we are creating in how we are manifesting and you know how we are growing businesses as entrepreneurs. So this is always an area that I always touch on because, you know, this is my thing, energy alchemy. So, this last few weeks, I've been doing a lot of work around shadow work. And for those who are not aware of Shadow Work, Shadow Work is inner work, where we embark on a journey of looking at areas of ourselves that we may have repressed areas of ourselves that, you know, we may have, we are hiding that have stayed hidden, either due to shame, trauma, or we feel that this aspect of ours are not, you know, they're not the most likeable. And we feel some negative feelings about this aspect of us. So then we hide them. And what I find and why do shadow work time and time again, not just on myself, but also, you know, with some of my clients is that eventually as we do this work, we tend to find that this aspects of us that we tend to hide, you know, are actually parts of us, that could be our most powerful attributes. And this work continues to just bring so much magic. So this last few weeks have been doing a little bit more on the shadow work. And for me, particularly on releasing shame, I find that shame is one of the biggest things that clouds us energetically. So as energetic beings and you know, spiritual beings that are constantly radiating in a meeting a certain type of frequency. We know that, you know, depending on the energy we carry, that's what we mete out. And that's also what we tend to then attract back into our lives. And when we don't make this conscious effort to really clean our energy and it's like collaborate so that we are vibrating on the highest frequency that we can. We're putting ourselves to a disadvantage as I work with more women and as I work on myself, this thing around shame is actually a very big one. And it's, it was a very challenging and it's not an easy work to do. And I know that because this last few weeks and if you Follow me on social media, you would have seen that I posted something about my last relationship. And the reason why I was posting that was because I was working on releasing this shame that I carry for so long. of, you know, I had this shame within me of why I let somebody, you know, treat me like that, you know why I have this, like, I held this shame within me as to, even though it wasn't a shame that I had to carry. But I held it as a shame that I allowed myself to be treated like that, that I allowed myself not to hold on to my boundaries. And, you know, for somebody who works with other women and work with other powerful women and work with leaders, and help, you know, I my focus on is on inner work and the inner power game, I shouldn't have allow that. So there were so many things that I was holding on to, from that past relationship, that, you know, subconsciously, was holding me back. That was, you know, keeping me heavy. And the more I did this shadow work this last few weeks, it came down to the shame that I was holding around that period of my life. And, you know, with me feeling that I let myself down. Now, I didn't know that I didn't consciously Like, it wasn't something that I, I knew that I was doing, or I was holding on to, until I started to do this shadow work this last few weeks.

And the reason why I'm using this as a moment of reflection is that, you know, in this episode, we're going to be talking about the vibration, the frick frequency of numbers, and are powerful numbers, you know, are individual numbers all hold their own different frequencies, and you're going to hear this in this episode, but the same way as numbers hold their own frequency. So do we, as human beings all have our own frequency, and emitting our own frequency, and we're very powerful in this frequency that we can emit out in this vibration that we can hold, we can be very, very powerful with, with what we can hold. But when we are holding on to a lot of like, shame, and vibration, like anxiety, and stress and overwhelm, I see those as like things that clouds, our potential to vibrate at a much, much higher frequency. And this is why it's so important that we do this type of inner work because, you know, if and as people in business, no matter how much strategy, you know, we go into how much processes we have much mentorship, we have supporting us and coaching that we have supporting us, if we don't do this, sort of like inner work, this, this type of work that I feel is like the foundation, it just feels like we're swimming against the waves, like I tend to say, you know, when we do this type of work, where we clear our energy in, and we allow ourself to actually vibrate higher, we give ourselves an advantage point, like, we we give ourselves like, you know, a big massive advantage point to to really propel forward. So when in my case was last few weeks, and I did this work, and I came to this conclusion about this energy of shame that I was carrying, and like so many other things that you know, I'm not even I haven't even like revealed yet, but I'm using this this latest relationship as an example. As soon as I realised that and I realised that I was holding on to this thing. It was then very easy for me to allow myself, forgive myself to release it. And as soon as I forgive myself to release and allowed myself to release that shame, I you know, doing it within me and also publicly releasing that publicly sharing that story. Because when we share the story and we publicly put it out there I can't be any more shame with it. Because, you know, it's like, you know, what is there to hold on to. And as soon as I did that, and I released it, it was almost like I freed myself up just a little bit more, I freed myself up to get into a better states, it's a starting point to, to, you know, to stick to my boundaries, to attract in more love to be the love that I desire, et cetera, et cetera. And that in itself starts to propel a different phase to start to almost move me into, like a different timeline. In this is the point here, the more we work on our vibration, the more we we vibrate at higher frequency, the more lighter we can be, to move timelines. And you know, if you haven't heard me say, my belief is that we have like, you know, different versions, different timelines simultaneously occurring are the same time everything occurs in the same time. So we can like jump quantum leap from one timeline to the other, depending on our desires. So when we work on our frequencies, and we're clearing our energy, and we can vibrate higher, we're releasing all this trauma, we're releasing those those big shame, and we feel lighter. It allows us to really notice, Quantum Leap, not just jump timelines, but we do that by vibrating in a way that we can attract the things that we do want into our lives, we can be a match for the better things, we can be a match for the higher vibrational stuff. And this is where the magic happens. So thank you for listening to this moment of reflection. And now we're gonna go into today's episode, which is all about the vibrational energies of numbers. And, Joe, welcome to the inner Power Game podcast. I am so excited and so happy to have you here with us today as a special guest for this week's episode. And, you know, personally, for me, using numbers is something that you know, I love intuitively using so this is really quite exciting and having Avenue here. And let's just dive in. I want to start with what brought you onto this path like, because this is something that I am always curious about what makes people start to do what they do for a living or, you know, for a calling and how they get onto that path. Like what is the driving force that made you to start using numbers to help not just people but businesses in how they succeed in this entrapreneur a scene

Yes, definitely. Thanks for having me on today. I lived overseas for 10 years in the Middle East and Far East I had the most amazing jobs but life path ones we don't like being told what to do. And I'm a Reiki healer, and very intuitive. And I've always loved numbers. When I was a little girl, I'm talking three or four. My mum would write down everyone in my class, and I just write numbers against them. I love numbers. I don't love maths. I love numbers. And I always knew there was a vibration with numbers. Every time there was like a magazine, you know, blue jeans or Jackie, I'd make a beeline for articles about numerology. I had all the books. And it was always a thing for me. Yeah. So if I if I was flicking through a magazine or so bloke, I'd read it. And I knew as a live class one, I didn't realise the impact that that had had on my life. I'm 49 I'm never married. I've got no children. And life both ones don't need that. Some numbers, three sixes and nines. They need that a bit more. And I went to an event and it was on the Eighth of March 2017 which is International Women's Day and the keynote speakers. opening gambit was forget International Women's Day. It's International Women's millennium, right. So you haven't been Hallo? Because I worked with heart centred female entrepreneurs. And what he meant by that was, we are in the end To the to, to is called the sensitive, the divine feminine. So now we are in 2000 2000. And the two decade, and this year we're in 2022. That's a lot of two. Right. And two is sacred knowledge and divine feminine, and wisdom and the high priestess in the tarot. And it is all about balance and flow, and fluidity and seeing both sides of the story. Now you look at all the women that we've got running businesses, we didn't have that 20 years ago, 40 years ago. Look, all the technology we've got, too is technology. In 2016, we had a movement hashtag me too. So too, is flip flip flow. Because if it was an element, it would be water. And I can't sit here talking to you holding water, it will go everywhere. So in these times, it's like we're on a boat, we're going from A to B back to A to B, there's no certainty. And this is what we're experiencing now. Men used to lead. Women will lead at the moment, it's kind of balancing it out. No judgement is just the energy of the two. Things are terrible twos though, if you've got children toddler time, and that's what it's like. It's very sensitive. You can't say anything on social media without backlash without people getting too upset or emotional, right? We're in these times, we're in the energy of a to it is our time, forget International Women's Day. It's International Women's millennium. However, when we were born, we were born into the 19, which is 10, which is one and it was masculine. And we had Reagan and Thatcher and Scargill. And the way we were schooled in the way we were parented was really, really masculine, right? If we were poorly, we'd get like a smacked around the head and a bottle of Lucas aid. And when I was born in 1973, when I went to school, there was a slipper in my headmaster's office, right? Imagine that now, we're more inclusive. Now, the way we parent, the way we school is inclusive, whereas in the energy we were born into, it was answers and questions. And it was innovation. And it was quite masculine. So these are huge concepts, just because we've gone from the one to the two, but we can see it playing out okay. In the 1960s. It was about peace, love, and Beatles, because six is about peace and love 70s It was Gen X and fashion and be indifferent. because seven is being it. They don't fit in a success and wealth in yuppies and car phones and shoulder pads and Dallas, because A is infinity money, right? 90s credit crunch endings completion, humanitarian energy, because nine is about letting go. So that night, he helped me at hello. And I went home. And I started to research in all about numerology. And I went to the London College of psychic studies. And I learned my craft, and I did lots of courses. And then I bought it into my business in 2018. But we weren't in nine year cycles, and there's better years and easy years to do things. And I waited until I was in my one year. And I see did biz ology. And then, and it's grown over the last five years. I'm now in a five year. So I'd love to work out your numbers soon and show you. But to answer your question, and sorry, I went off on a tangent, there was things to share. But I went to an event, and it changed my life. And I aware there's interest there's ability, right? And I loved it so much and and it lights me up and there's passion and there's interest in but I've turned that passion into purpose. I've turned that passion into profit. But I refuse to go down rabbit holes, people making the pricing, maybe 111122225555. They don't know what it means, or 1111 and they jump up and down. It might be a warning sign. Right? So I've got respect for the numbers as well.

Oh gosh, I absolutely love that. I love hearing the passion in your voice as you talked about your path to this. So what is numerology? And where did it come from like You know, how far does it dates back to?
Jo Soley
And so numerology is an ancient esoteric discipline, an ancient esoteric science that was used by the ancient Greeks, the Egyptians, the Romans, it's in the Bible, it's in the Kabbalah. It's as old as the hills, right? It's as old as time. But it's as new as the next decision we're going to make. Now I use the pie factory and system, which Pythagoras used. There's nothing new, there's no new information. So I really like using numerology because it's ancient, ancient, ancient wisdom. Now for me. And the main thing about numerology, which we'll talk more about today, is there's not many reference points, right? There's the life path number, a few other numbers, your personal year, you can look at, in name, but there's not many formulas. There's a handful. Whereas something like human design, and maybe astrology, there's lots of reference points. So in human design, there's loads of different areas. And in astrology, there's lots of different areas and paths and that the I think, the more confusion, the more delusion. Yeah, the more we can just go. And another thing and another thing and another thing, you don't actually stop to look at what's going on. So with numerology, to me, it's ancient esoteric wisdom, whereas human design was created in the 1970s in California. But numerology Less is more, right? And it doesn't give us the answers. It tells us where to look. So somebody once said to me, Oh, why don't you do something with human design and numerology and astrology? Or why? Why confuse yourself even more, right? Less is more. And we're not given the answers, we show him where to look. And also the main thing, we are the negative of our numbers, right? Everything else just guidance. Life isn't easy. We make it more difficult. We're here to learn. We're here to learn what we didn't learn in a previous life. And life has lessons and life as teachers, but life's a school. And numerology shows you what you're here to learn. Numerology shows you your lessons. So why I personally prefer numerology as a as a discipline as as an methodology, is it that it's broader strokes, yeah. And then you make the decisions within that. It's not prescriptive. It's not, this is what you can do, this is what you can't do. But more importantly, it shows you what can trip you up. So when we know what can trip us up, we can avoid the negatives, we can work on the negatives, like pulling up weeds in a garden, and then move forward from that place. Because numbers are magic, they're deep. They're cosmic, they're fundamental form. Nothing happens in life without numbers, or talk to you later about lights numbers and what they mean. But numbers tell us stories. So one thing I'm really really really like hot on is to not go down a rabbit hole with this stuff. Yeah, we keep it top line. We use it we sense check it, but we continue our life. But what numerology does, it helps you navigate your life path, your business, your personal year, within that.

I think one thing I love about some of the things that you've been saying right now, about using numerology is this idea that gives you sort of like this, a biggest cup to which you can then refine yourself in because I, you know, tend to not worry but I'm always very sceptical about methodology that are given to us. That puts us in a very fixed box, you know, and I know you and I, we've kind of like talked about human design and And my concern about human design with it's been that so many people use it to, you know, use this as a way to define themselves in a very limited way, you know, I'm I projected this generator that in, in a lot of people seem to like just, you know, put themselves in this almost feels to me personally, you know, this is just my opinion, almost limited view of seeing themselves so when you're talking about this numerology, I love the the sense of expansion of like, you know, you know, that expansive way of seeing it, and then us, you know, making making our own, like, you know, making sense of ourselves in that scope. So I love that. But you keep mentioning this, this life path. So what, what is this life path that you mentioned, what is that?

So, I'm working with the energy of the life path number one where you are in a minute, all right. And one energy is all about leadership. And it's all about self employment. And it's all about doing things differently. And it's about innovation, originality, dynamism. Now, life path one is Steve Jobs. It's Lady Gaga. It's Stormzy. It's James Corden. It's Stacey Dooley. It's Disney Walt Disney Dr. Seuss. So you imagine a table of these people right you get the vibe. Now the negative of one is refusing to be independent. It is codependency. I have the t shirt for codependency okay. And my father left when we were quite small, and that was kind of my MO it kept me safe that codependent peace. And then when I understood myself through the lens of numerology, and that codependency could be a thing. I was like, No shit, Sherlock. Like that is that's me. I was self employed when I really learned about numerology. However, I wasn't doing something game changing. Groundbreaking, trailblazing pioneering, I was helping heart centred female entrepreneur get visible with their marketing, who wasn't doing that who's not doing that, right. So then where there's interest, there's ability, I love numerology and I bought it into my business, and it has elevated my success it's taken me to the next level, it helped me buy this house which is no mean feat when you're single and self employed. So it was really really really step my game up because life path one independent self employed, then it's do something different. So busy energy for me my trademarked personal modality is different. Yeah. So then, the negative of the number is not to be self employed to be codependent speed, the debt. Life path one is quick. The day you plant the seed isn't the day you eat the fruit things take time. So because I know I have to be patient, that's something I've got to watch. self worth. That can really trip up ones more than any other number. When quite misunderstood. We're not very good at Vision, right? We're amazing that next next next next next, but every business coach will want a five year plan five year plan. I can't give you five months. I can't give you five days. So I nine life personal wonderful vision. But once when next, next, next, next next. Now, obviously, there's seven and a half billion people in the world. We don't just divide everyone into 11 numbers. That's like saying I am Aries and the next person is Leo. So I'm born on the fourth of the fourth and for his structure control routine and system I'm like a little duck with a bone and in life for keeps us on track because with this forefingers four seasons, four elements, four directions, four walls to this house. Four wheels to occur. four parts to my brain for pest to my DNA, four chambers to my heart. Yeah. So for keeps us on track in life. If, and I born on the fourth of the fourth, and I am a little workaholic. And I'm, I can sometimes be too serious and I can work hard. And my lists have lists have lists of lists. But because I know that I can check myself before I wrap myself, so what we do with numerology, we look at the energy of the number. And then we look at the negative, and we make sure we're not hanging out in the negative. So a three, energy is all about communication. And they like to spend money, and they can meant to work smart, not hard, but they can be a bit lazy. So this is how I use the energies of the numbers, if you can see what I'm trying to do here, so that we're so that it's not it's not rabbit holes, we take the broad energy of it, and then we build our business from that place.

And how specifically, can we use it in our business? Because, I mean, especially in the female entrepreneurship online scene, you know, we see a lot of people using numbers in such creative ways and in ways that, you know, it's, I would say, spiritually, legs, you know, it seems so the 111 and two, two, but how, you know, how should we be using numerology to help us advance our businesses or to grow our businesses or to move it in a much more aligned way, in your opinion.

You can use it in your pricing, you can use it on the date you launch. Words are spells, that's why we call it spelling. So you can look at the name, and then work out the name of your prices. So my name Joanna, Elizabeth soli is a three people see me being good on stage, good on podcasts. There's a book in me, but I wouldn't say I'm that three. But I look like I'm a three. So you treat me like I'm a three. So we can look at the business name. We can look at courses, we can look at memberships, we can look at products and services, we can look at the date you launch, but pricing. Yes. So I've got podcasts on this. I do sessions on this. And I've got a membership when we talk about this. So if you're going to have a so my VIP day, right, it's 1111, which is four. So the the main thing to ask myself is am I Joe solely working with the energy? The number four? Yes, on board on the fourth of the floors? So that energy is in alignment with me? Is my VIP day for in energy? Is it structure controlled routines and system? Yes, I have a plan for the day. And people walk away having structure control routine and system. So that 1111 is four, and I'm working with four and the essence, the energy of my product and service is four. Okay? So I also had a product it was tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu two is 8am I working with the energy? The number eight? Yes, I'm born on the fourth of the fourth, four and four is eight. Is this product? Eight? Yes. Its success. Its wealth. Its goal setting. Its high standards. Its quality. Okay. So people are just making things 55553333 or 9999. But what do we do when we need help? In the UK? We're in no, no nine. So nine, the nine the nine is 27, which is nine. So nine is about helping people. So with your 999 product, are you going to help people if so brilliant. If not, it won't work? Because it's vibrationally incorrect. So this is what I am like when I see it. Unless I know that the people have worked it out correctly. Does that make sense?

Absolutely. Absolutely. So how can we work it out correctly? And of course I know that there is no one one recipe for everybody but as a guide. How do we work it out correctly and You know, I'm going to say right now I am recommending everybody to come to you and get their, their map if, if that is the word to use, but if you if you could give us some, you know, some guidelines as to how we can use this properly or how potentially it looks like when you have it worked out.

Okay, so for like a is working with the energy of the number five. So five is called the adventure, and it's all about freedom, expansion, growth and change. If you don't want to do something, you won't be able to do it. fives, essential fives or sixes. Look at your branded. Look at the pictures of you with a beautiful white horse. That's quite five. JK Rowling is working with the energy of the number five, she didn't give up with a books right? She kept going. And Harry Potter was really different. Beyonce is five energy. Cameron Diaz is five energy. It's sexy, it's sensual. Mark Zuckerberg. With Facebook, it's different. And it worked. So five is all about new, new faces, new places, new spaces. And if you look in the middle of the keypad, five is in the middle. So let's go You are the girl who was good at English good at math, good at netball, good at football, good woodwork good at picking you can do anything fives can do anything. That's not the problem. But the problem is what should you do, because there's always new things to do at every turn. So you can be interested in this, this, this, this, this, this this. So we have to make sure that we don't become scattered when we're alive per five. And that we don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. But five is all about growth. And travel is really important for you. Adventure is really important for you, freedom will be important for you, okay, so you need to make sure that you sing, sing your own him, she, you can't be too tied down. If you woke up one day, and you didn't want to be in the career or the relationship or the house or the country, you wouldn't be able to fake it till you make it, you'd need to move through that. So fives are it's one of the hardest numbers to be because it's all about change. And sometimes the rolling stone gathers no moss, because the moss is lessons in life. So for five, we don't want to be too risk adverse. But we can roll the dice. Fives can take risk in life right now. You're born on the 27th, which is nine. And nine is about love, and humanitarian. And empathy, and compassion, and vision. And so look, I've taken a look at all your you know what you do and your branding and how you help people and your website, and your content. And, and this is in you the nine energy. Now it's easier for you to hang out 27 Nine, it's easy for you to love. It's easy for you to be broad minded. It's easy for you to serve. But we don't want you to stay there. We want you to be the adventurer who loves who serves who has impact, not the humanitarian, which is nine energy. That sometimes takes a few risks. Yeah, we want you to be the adventure. We want you to go big or go home. And we want you to help other people do that. But the way you do it is to love is to serve is to care. Watch those boundaries. Yeah, make sure you give from the overflow of the cup and not the cup itself. You've got lots of five energy, you've got lots of nine energy, but you've also got some one, which is leadership and innovation and independence. Okay, so you've got beautiful energies, adventure, expansion and growth, love and compassion, but also that innovative piece. Now, we work in nine news cycles. There's better use and easy use to do things. And you are currently in a personal year six and fit central birthday in September. And the sixth year is about family and relationships and responsibility. People will need You more. It's about groups. It's about community. It's about tribe, but this year It, it's sixes understand how people feel. We don't buy our way into something, we buy our way out of something. It sounds old paradigm, but we still want our problem solves. So this year is a year for you to connect, to network, to collaborate, to get into communities, to get into tribes, but also to really understand how your community feel, your family will need you, you might do a few home improvements, you might move house, because that's six energy. Some of my business owners say to me, I want x y Zed finances in the sixth year, and they walk, they go for a walk maybe on the beach, and they meet a guy and they fall in love. Because six is about love. In the Tarot six is the lovers. So this is a year for you to really show your tribe, your community that you love them. So does that make sense?

Is this what we call the life path numbers?

Yeah, so for you. Yeah, so for for you, the life path number is five, which is we add your whole date of birth out. So we take the day and the month and the year, we add it all up together. And falaqa is working with the energy the number five, the adventurer, but it's easier for you to be that nine because you're born on the 27th. So two plus seven is nine. So we don't want you to stay in nine, we want you to get into the life path number. The life path number is 75% of what's going on in our lives. And it's also called the Destiny number. So it's what we're destined to do. So you're right, there's no mistakes. If you've got a number, you've got it for a reason, you would have chosen it. And you've you can definitely walk that energy. Okay, so I wasn't being very life path one. How was work life working out? Not that well. Now I've really aligned to the one. How's life working out? Really well? Yeah, it's not a bed of roses. It's not meant to be because we're here to learn. We're here to learn what we didn't finish learning in a previous life. But what people say is, which is what I picked up when you were talking just now is it gives you permission to be yourself. Yeah. So five, growth, expansion, new change freedom, it gives you permission to step into that energy. And clients say to me, like it steps through, it cuts through years of therapy, because and that's why I love numerology because it's not prescriptive. It's not saying you've got to do this. It's not reams and reams and reams and papers and papers and papers and loads and loads of information, it gives you clues.

So I am thinking that there might be some people listening to this and thinking, but what if they've changed, you know, something in their details? Because these days, you know, we get people change their names, or some personal, you know, personal attributes of themselves from how they were born. So perhaps maybe the name particularly because we see a lot of people change the name. Not just in the, in the business space, but in personal life as well. How does that impact the reading? How does that impact how they can use this?

You can't change your date of birth, okay? It's impossible, but you can change your name. And when you change your name, you change your life because words a spouse, that's what we call it the spelling, like I said earlier. So with the name, the letter of the first name is the first thing that people see this is all vibrationally they see. So with me, they see the J which is 10, which is one and I'm a one. So what you see is what you get with you, they see the six because A B C, D, E, F is six, the sixth letter, which is F. So that's the first thing they see. And then your five will kick in. So they see the nurturer and then the adventure will kick in with me. They see the leader and then I am a leader, but your full name so my full name Joanna Elizabeth So Lee, even if I call myself Joe solely, it doesn't matter, because my name is what I was christened at birth. It's what even if it wasn't Chris, it is the name I was given. It's the flag in the sand. It's the stamp on your birth certificate. If you then get married and change your name, your name changes. So lots of women come to me, Oh, I was with a guy for nine years, then I got married, and it didn't work. It's not the marriage. It's not the poor guys fault. It's the name change, because the name is how you look. And then people have been responding to that energy for a while. Look at my website, right? I'm all in leopard print. And it's all very dear. But and I can't be like that when I'm with people. But I'm not like that on my own. Okay, we're different in private. So then if you use Joe solely, it doesn't really matter. Because Joanna, Elizabeth certainly is the flag in the sand. But if I then got married and changed my name, then that would impact how I was seen. Does Am I explaining it so if if so please, ology is a three. And Johanna Alyssa for solely is a three. So what you see is what you get, it's the same energy. This is ology the word but physiology the life, the life path of my business is a four, it worked hard, it's a value to people. So so your full name will be the name that you were given, or the name that you changed when you got married. But we can use names little names like Joe solely smaller names. And, and it's good to be aware of what they mean. But the real energy comes from the name that you were given

you, you know, what I love most about this conversation is this prompt that I keep getting within me to go and just sense check things a little bit. Because it's like, I keep feeling like, it's like something that just brings us back into integrity. You know, as an energy Alchemist or someone that works with energy, I'm very particular about how and what we are resonating to, and this conversation about numbers, points me back, that there is a vibration with the numbers and there is already setting way that we're already vibrating naturally, because of you know, where we are, where we are authentically and, you know, I just, I just I love this. I love this conversation. And I love having this like this little notice within me to just like, you know, things I haven't even thought about, like the name for example, and how I'm using my numbers the birthdate and in potentially how I can use it to navigate just a little bit more. So I just, I cannot even wait to just get off this call and, and just do a little a little check in myself. So thank you. It's just been, it's just been amazing.
